MORRISON, Donald (Red) Francis

December 20, 1948 - July 14, 2026

It is with great sadness that we announce that our brother Donald Francis Morrison (Red) passed away peacefully on July 14 at the age of 77.

Donald was born on December 20, 1948 in Vancouver to Donald and Elizabeth Morrison who immigrated from Scotland in the early 1920's.

Donald is survived by his siblings John (Kim), Margaret, Mary (Dave) and David (Lynn) as well as many beloved Nieces and Nephews who will miss him dearly.

He was predeceased by his sister Pat (Phil) and by his brothers Angus (Lorraine) and Rod (Noreen).

Donald enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He had a special connection and love for the Equine industry with many years working as a groom in Vancouver at Hastings Park. He truly loved the Sport of Kings and the people involved. When not looking after horses, he was involved with Landscaping, Construction and spent time working on the waterfront Longshoring.

Donald enjoyed walking around Langley talking with the people in his community and taking transit to his local favorite places.
